AureaDist provides content aggregation, curation pitching, technical QC verification, and digital distribution representation for independent feature films, short films, web series, and music tracks across global OTT platforms (including Netflix, Prime Video, Hotstar, JioCinema, Spotify, Apple Music, and partner DSPs).
2. Creator Rights & 100% IP Ownership
All creators, producers, and rights holders retain 100% of their intellectual property, copyright, and master ownership. Submitting a project through this website does not transfer or assign copyright ownership to AureaDist. Official distribution agreements are executed separately following successful curation review.
3. Content Warranties
By submitting material, you warrant that:
- You are the legitimate copyright owner or authorized representative of the submitted work.
- Your submission does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or music synchronization rights.
- All music tracks used in video submissions have appropriate sync and mechanical licenses cleared.
4. Sponsored Content & Third-Party Services
Our site may feature sponsored recommendations for filmmaking equipment, sound design libraries, and post-production software. While we curate trusted partners, transactions with third-party vendors are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
